Something is wrong with my Mp4. Like a Mp3, but newest.

I was put in some great musics and also picture and then I was finished, I wanted to take a look, but when I tried to it wont turn on..... it's white when I turn it on. What's wrong? It worked before I put musics and pictures in? Is it because of pictures?

Depending upon the make of the MP4, it could be a multitude of things, such as wrong file extensions and your mp4 may not support these extentions
